Why an ATS

Cleaner water, smaller footprint

An ATS has multiple treatment chambers where oxygen feeds the bacteria that break down waste.

  • Better treatment. Higher levels of water purification with less impact on local ecosystems.
  • Smaller footprint. Ideal for limited space, poor soil or a high water table.
  • Water you can reuse. Treated water can be safely used for irrigation.
  • Long-term savings. Efficient treatment reduces maintenance costs and extends system life.
  • Ongoing care. Inspections, pump-outs and troubleshooting through our maintenance plans.

How it works

How an ATS install works

  1. Assess the site

We evaluate soil, space and water use to choose the right design.

  2. Design

We design a system that meets local and state requirements.

  3. Install & maintain

We install every component to a high standard and offer ongoing maintenance.

How is an aerobic system different from a septic system?

It adds oxygen to the treatment chambers so bacteria break down waste faster and more completely, which produces cleaner water.

Does an ATS need maintenance?

Yes. Aerobic systems need regular service. We offer two-year service agreements that include the state operating permit.

Is grant money available?

Brevard County's Save Our Indian River Lagoon Program offers septic upgrade grants. Our ATU page has the details.
